FAQ
Do We Sell Alcohol?
The Teapot is a bartending service, we do not purchase or sell alcohol. The person hosting the event is responsible for purchasing the alcohol & acquiring the appropriate permits needed to dispense alcoholic beverages. We can assist you in your ordering of any product and list out preferred vendors. We can even pick up & drop off kegs before & after your event for an additional fee.
What Drinks will you serve?
We enjoy making spirited based drinks and shaking up cocktails. Don't forget the beer, wine & sparkling of your choice. We can even work with you to craft a signature cocktail for your occasion. Send us the deets & we can build you a drink menu that is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
how will we know what to buy?
After we discuss a few details about your event we will give you a detailed shopping list based on your head count & estimated consumption.
What DO we Need to BOok
THe Teapot?
To Reserve The Teapot & lock in your spot, we ask for 25% deposit along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to your event date. If your your event is short notice (less than 30 days before event date), the full amount outlined in the contract is due upfront.
DO you have any Technical Requirements?
We need just a standard outlet in order to operate lighting and cooling system. In remote areas we have the option to rent a generator in the rare occasion that there is no power supply.
Can We Decorate the Teapot?
Be Our Guest! The Teapot loves to be covered in florals, balloons or custom signs. We just ask that you be respectful & always ask before fastening or sticking anything on to her. She's very important to us!
